Safety Management Regulations

Rafting and exploring in the Red Canyon of Wuzhishan City is an adventurous tourist project,therefore,in order to ensure the safety of the tourists during rafting and exploring,the tourists and the staff of the scenic area shall strictly observe the following regulations:

1.Tourists who do not listen to the explanation or do not obey the command are forbidden to raft and explore.

2.Men under 16 years of age or over 60 years of age, women under 16 years of age or over 55 years of age,will be forbidden to participate in rafting and exploring activities and shall not conceal the actual age in order to participate in the activities!

3.Tourists with heart disease, seasickness, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, habitual fractures, pregnant women and people who drink alcohol are forbidden to raft and explore!

4.Tourists are forbidden to raft and explore on barefoot, slippers, sandals or high heels！

5.Tourists are not allowed to carry valuables, hard objects, sharp weapons and other on the rafting boat and explore!

6.Do not stand, play, make fun with water or take off life jacket and safety helmet on the rafting boat.

7.Disobeying the command, fighting, untying safety rope lock and safety helmet is prohibited during the exploration.

8.In the event of flood, land collapse, river blockage, bad weather and so on, that affects the safety condition, the scenic area has the right to terminate the activity projects at any time.

In case of damage caused by your any violation of the above regulations, all the consequences are at your own risk.

Safety Tips and Rafting Skills for Rafting Activity in Red Canyon of Wuzhishan City

I. People with mental illness, heart disease, high blood pressure, fear of heights, disability (intellectual) impairment, high myopia, diseases not suitable for strenuous exercise and so on, and people who are drunk, pregnant women, children (under 16 years of age) and the elderly (male over 60 years of age and female over 55 years of age) are strictly prohibited from participating in rafting activities;

II.The participants are required to wear activity equipment in accordance with the regulations of the scenic area,and during the activity, are prohibited to put their feet outside of the boat when rowing, to pull boats, to stand to row boats, to take off safety equipment in the midway, to push boats in the water, to let go of their hands in the fall, to take photos, to row the boat by two people on one side, to carry valuables, to swimming and to go rock climbing.In the event of special weather, the participants must obey the arrangement of the staff of the scenic area to go ashore quickly, and obey the command of the staff of the scenic area and the river safety officer.Due to personal accident injury caused by personal failure to obey the requirements or personal illegal operation, the related liability and loss shall be borne by the participants themselves.

III.Personal belongings of the participants can choose the paid deposition or consignment service provided by the scenic area, or to be under self-custody.During the rafting,the related liability and loss ,due to the loss or damage of personal belongings in the participants' own custody,shall be borne by the participants themselves.

IV. For tourists who refuse to obey the safety regulations or endanger the safety of others, the security officers of the scenic area shall have the right to terminate their rafting activities and the relative fees will not been refunded.
